Terms of Service
Welcome to bandz. By creating an account or using bandz.rip (the “Service”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. Who can use bandz
You must be at least 13 years old to use bandz. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you may only use bandz with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using the Service you confirm you meet these requirements.
2. Your account
- You're responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your password safe.
- One person may not run accounts to abuse, spam, or evade a ban.
- Usernames are first come, first served. We may reclaim usernames that are inactive, infringing, or impersonating.
- Notify us right away if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you put on your page: your text, images, audio, and links. By uploading it, you grant bandz a limited licence to host and display it so the Service can function. You are solely responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to use it.
4. Community rules
To keep bandz safe, you agree not to post, link to, or use bandz for any of the following:
- Illegal content: anything that breaks the law, including stolen goods, drugs, or fraud.
- Sexual content involving minors: zero tolerance. This is reported to the authorities.
- Harassment & hate: targeted abuse, threats, or content that attacks people based on who they are.
- Doxxing: sharing someone's private information without consent.
- Impersonation: pretending to be another person, brand, or bandz staff.
- Malware & scams: viruses, phishing, fake giveaways, or deceptive links.
- Spam: mass advertising, engagement farming, or automated abuse.
- Excessive adult content: pornographic or shock content shown without warning.
- Platform abuse: attempting to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service.
5. Enforcement
If you break these rules we may, at our discretion, remove content, hide your page, suspend your account for a set period, or permanently ban you. Serious violations can result in an immediate permanent ban. When your page is suspended, the reason is shown on it. We aim to be fair, but we don't owe a warning before acting.
6. Termination
You can stop using bandz at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these terms or if we stop offering the Service. Some provisions (ownership, disclaimers, and limits of liability) survive termination.
7. Disclaimer & liability
bandz is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, bandz isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may change these terms at any time and without prior notice. When we do, we'll update the date above. Continuing to use bandz after a change means you accept the new terms.
